Lower Secondary Excursion to Penguin Island on Tuesday 4 December 2018.
The Lower Secondary students will be going on an excursion to Penguin Island Rockingham Wildlife Encounters on Tuesday 4 December 2018. We will be catching the ferry to Penguin Island, participating in the Penguin and Sea Lion Cruise, the Penguin Island Waddle and Penguin feeding.
Arrangements are as follows:
- The students will meet at school at 8.20am and travel by hired bus to Rockingham. The bus will depart from school at 8.30am sharp.
- After the excursion, which finishes at approx. 1.40pm we will travel by hired bus to return to school for arrival at approx. 2.50pm.
The students will be accompanied by Lena and Vicky.
The students are required to bring a packed lunch and water bottle, sunscreen, a hat and wear shoes comfortable for walking.
Permission slips to be returned by Friday 9 November.
No iPods, MP3 players, or other electronic devices are permitted on the excursion.
Students who are unable to comply with behavioural expectation will need to return to school at parental expense. Supervision and a suitable educational program will be provided for them at school. This decision rests with the teacher in charge.
