The pre-IB Biology students will be going to the Lotterywest BioDiscovery Centre, Harry Perkins Institute of Medical Research on Friday 20 October 2017 to attend a genetics workshop.
Arrangements are as follows:
- The students will travel using public transport.
- We will meet at Whitfords train station at 8.15am near the ticketing machines, not on the platform. We will then travel by train to the city and catch a bus to the QEII Medical Centre in Nedlands.
- The students will be accompanied by Diana.
- After the workshop, which finishes at 2.30pm we will make our way back to Whitfords station where your child may be picked up or can make their own way home. We anticipate this time to be approx. 3.30pm.
Please indicate below which option your child chooses.
The students are required to bring their Smartrider and lunch. They will need to wear enclosed shoes and long hair will need to be tied back.
