Kate and Michael each bring unique strengths and a deep connection to the School. Kate’s history with The Montessori School Kingsley spans decades—first as a student, and later as an educator in the pre-primary and primary stages. Her role provides a vital bridge between the School’s rich heritage and its evolving future. Michael, with a wealth of experience in secondary education, specialises in Mathematics and Physics. With a deep knowledge of Montessori practice in the adolescent space, he has been instrumental in introducing the Careers-related Programme to The Montessori School Kingsley and in guiding the Lower Secondary team.
Their Co-Principalship is more than a shared title—it is a reflection of their shared commitment to the School’s values of peace, respect, community, and integrity. Kate and Michael’s collaborative approach has brought immense benefit to the School community.
