One of the highlights of the City of Joondalup's Annual Festival is the Twilight Lantern Parade, a participative community arts project that showcases the talent, energy and creativity of the local community. This year the festival has its head in the clouds, inspired by a magical theme – Perform, Inspire, Imagine. Our school will again be participating in the parade.
