Whole School Picnic on Friday 21 September 2018 from 11.30am-2.00pm
It is our pleasure to invite you to join our students and staff to a picnic lunch together on the last day of school, Friday 21 September, at Moolanda Park. (See Map below).
The school day will start as normal, and later in the morning, all students will walk to Moolanda Park with their teachers. Parents are requested to wait at Moolanda Park near the Play area located next to the Toilet block, for all school groups to arrive. Groups are expected to arrive at the park by 11.30am.
There will be a short whole-school games period, then we will lunch together in the shade. We will not allow access to Moolanda Park playground during this visit.
After lunch, children will return to school with their own teachers, not as a whole-school.
If parents wish to collect their children after the picnic, they are welcome to do so after they have signed out on their child’s class attendance sheet which will be with their respective teachers.
Could parents please ensure that all children come to school with outdoor shoes and a hat on that day.
We recommend that easily handled picnic food be provided by parents for the picnic lunch.
We look forward to it being an enjoyable event once again for students, parents and staff.
