Over the course of the winter many new native plants have been planted in the school bushland thanks to the efforts of the Bush Sub-committee. The Committee has successfully applied for grants to purchase equipment and native plants. The students helped plant many of the new seedlings. On Saturday 26 August the committee held a working bee to plant the remainder of the plants and spray weeds in the bush land.
The hard-working committee will ensure that the new plants survive their first summer by watering them over the hot weather.
