Attendance is an important contributor to a student’s academic and social development.

All children of compulsory school age must be enrolled in school and attend every day – that is the law. This is from the beginning of the year in which a child reaches the age of 5 years 6 months until the end of the year in which the child reaches the age of 17 years 6 months or turns 18, whichever happens first.

Visit the Department of Education’s website for more information.

If your child is absent, for any reason, including illness or contagious disease, you should contact the School Office either:

  1. Via School Stream
  2. Via email: [email protected]
  3. By telephone: (08) 9409 9151
  4. In person at the School Office

If your child is unaccounted for by 10:00am, the School Office will contact you to seek clarification on the absence.
