Thank you for your interest in our Montessori Playgroup for children aged six months to four years old.

We ask that families complete the enrolment form and make their payment to secure their child’s place in the Playgroup.

Montessori Playgroup Fees

Annual Administration Fee $50 per family, payable annually.
Term 1 Fees Per Child $275 –

$225 Term Fees ($25 per child, per session)
$50 Annual Administration Fee

Sibling Fee after Discount $180 –

20% off the term fee for siblings of children who are also attending the playgroup

Term 1, 2026 9-week term, starting Friday, 6 February 2026 and ending on Thursday, 2 April 2026, due to Good Friday

Montessori Playgroup – Terms and Conditions

1. Enrolment and Payment

  • All fees must be paid in full before your child’s first playgroup session.
  • A place in the program is only confirmed once payment has been received.

2. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Refunds will only be considered under exceptional circumstances and must be approved by the Principal.
  • If a family chooses to withdraw from the playgroup after the program has commenced, fees will not be refunded.

3. Attendance and Supervision

  • A parent or carer must remain with their child at all times during the playgroup session.
  • Parents and carers are responsible for the direct supervision and care of their child.

4. Conduct and Behaviour

  • All parents, carers and children, must follow The Montessori School Kingsley Community Code of Conduct.
  • The School reserves the right to discontinue a family’s participation if behaviours repeatedly breach the Code of Conduct and impact the safety or experience of others.

5. Health and Safety

  • Please keep your child at home if they are unwell or showing signs of illness.
  • Families must follow any health and safety requirements in place at the School.

6. Changes to Sessions

  • The School may need to adjust or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., staff illness, extreme weather). Families will be notified as soon as possible if changes occur.
  • Make-up sessions may be offered at the School’s discretion but are not guaranteed.

7. Photography and Media

  • No photos or videos of your child or other children are to be taken during playgroup sessions.
  • All mobiles are to be turned on silent during playgroup.

8. Personal Belongings

  • The School is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items brought to playgroup.
